Terms of Service

By accessing or using TopPipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TopPipe is a CRM application for sales development representatives (SDRs) that helps you track prospects, log follow-ups, and manage your pipeline. The Service is operated by TopPipe ("we", "us", "our").

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You may use the Service during a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a concern.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
• Use the AI features to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Google Integrations

TopPipe optionally integrates with Google Calendar and Gmail to enhance your pipeline workflow. By connecting either service, you authorize TopPipe to access your Google account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Google Calendar: TopPipe reads upcoming calendar events to automatically match meetings with prospects in your pipeline, and may create or update calendar events when you use the native booking feature.
• Gmail: TopPipe reads incoming email threads (read-only) to detect when a prospect replies to your outreach and flag them in your pipeline.

You can revoke access to either service at any time from within the app or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Your use of Google services through TopPipe is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all pipeline data you enter into TopPipe. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. AI Features

TopPipe includes AI-powered features for drafting messages and analyzing your pipeline, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before using it. AI usage is subject to per-day limits based on your plan. Google user data (Gmail, Calendar) is never sent to AI services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
